Source: sessions:year=2026/month=10/26-05-fleet-wire tasks/fix-seat-directory.md § Notes and § Result; built in ccc-pages c1f7a23 (#227) and ccc-statusd c237c755 (#1104). § deliver replaces v1's drain bullet (holder named by the object, host never re-picks, no-holder fallback, older peers). § seats replaces v3's claims bullet and 'held until acked' (roster from the seat link with the session fallback, learned id with no expiry, retry 15 s doubling to 15 min until ok or 24 h, bad_frame/unsupported end it, older peers). No frame change beyond added keys; the object serves 1..6 once ccc-pages PROTO is 6.
