Amends two released sections for the review fixes merged as ccc-statusd main 0d62714c (PR #799, pipeline 3226 green at d42814e2; the named Go tests in daemon_identity_review_test.go are the proof — no round, since every path the fix changes is Go-driven, per tasks/daemon-identity.md § Review findings).

client/v2 § register: one rule for holders of every kind — a session a live process holds is never rebound to another process; admitted are the same pid, an ended holder, and a pid above the holder (ancestry admits, never refuses); the held side's register/associate/heartbeat answer (held_by, teaching); the conditional retire on a routing miss; the listen-time cache scan.
identity/v2 § lanes: the seat file follows a rotation the vendor record named late through the UserPromptSubmit/PreToolUse hooks of the seat's own process.
frozen.lock.md: mrd pin --refresh --accept — 2 sections re-attested, 7 rows' blob hashes follow the frontmatter source lines. Local: mrd check --commit-gate --require-pins -- frozen.lock.md rc 0; mrd check rc 0; bin/check-released-ids OK on both files.
