The window text for ccc-statusd #850 (fleet-ops' v1.12.156 delta review, finding 2): the seven days are the daemon's own watched time on a monotonic clock, and a count crosses a restart only within fifteen minutes of the last watch. Pins: mrd pin --refresh frozen.lock.md --accept (2 accepted, 68 ok). Local on the staged bytes with mrd 1.2.0 (b77ad48c): mrd check --commit-gate --require-pins -- frozen.lock.md rc 0, mrd check rc 0, bin/check-released-ids rc 0.

The seven days were stated as wall clock from the first register with v,
so a host dark for a week (off, or rolled back to a release that counts
nothing) closed on its first register back. The daemon now counts its own
running time between its counts on a monotonic clock, and a count crosses
a restart only within fifteen minutes of the last watch (fleet-ops'
v1.12.156 delta review, finding 2). Pins refreshed with
mrd pin --refresh frozen.lock.md --accept: the two window sections.
