Delete branch "agent/d7ac1736-peer-pin"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The external lane fetched the unversioned published URL, which now serves peer v2. It now fetches docs/protocol.md at the pinned commit through the forge (clone PAT, peer is private); published stays as provenance. Local run: external-check rc 0 with the token, rc 2 without.
