- lib/union.py: the gate over a release's launches (A20). Refuses when a launch's
  own gate is not GATE: pass or it carries a waiver, the manifests differ, PINS
  cccd or cc_continuity differ, a launch is not bound to the candidate record
  (--unbound skips that for records that predate --candidate), a manifest row
  reads fail, or a row is counted (pass/caught) in no launch.
  Replays: r280+r281 --unbound pass (172 rows); r280 alone refuse (9 rows);
  r280+r281 bound refuse (no --candidate); r290 alone refuse (32 rows).
- install-artifacts (stage: --candidate): run.sh --candidate releases/v<N>.md;
  round-host.sh hashes each test user's installed cccd, mrd, claude-stock and
  (floor 4) claude-patched against the record's § artifacts (lib/artifacts.py).
  Replays on recorded receipts: r280 zt2 and zitao2 match v4.md; r281 zt2
  differs (cccd c3bd21c9… is not the record's 9a1d4337…, review finding 18).
- run.sh --mia-ticket <rNN>-… [--mia-status <file>]: with --host rs-mia no VM
  is created unless the mia-heavy lock shows the ticket granted (read live
  where the lock lives, else a status captured within 15 minutes); the reads
  are kept as <record>/mia-heavy.status.
- score.py: the Not counted line names the union as where those rows count.
