Ruling A25 (leader ea1e9a23): the fork's own killme depended on the model making a second act after an answer line. MiniMax-M3 dropped it in r258, r275 and r279 (stock-seat-killme-pane missed), and r277's parent seat dropped step 9's killme after echoing MARK-E2E. stock-seat-reoffer then read the live seat, still on the list, as the --resume registering.

rounds/steps.d/66-stock-e2e.sh: the fork's prompt (step 8's forkme argument) and step 9 each ask for one Bash call that carries the marker and the killme together.
The readers are unchanged. acts_ran_own finds the fork's killme outside the quoted forkme argument, and still skips the parent's forkme call. has-any finds the marker in the call's result. Checked against fixture transcripts.
The reoffer prompt keeps its shape: no row reads the resumed seat's killme (kill_kind ends that pane).
The same commit on 388a49d is branch agent/7434b10a-r281-harness (d992dd1), the harness for r281 (C re-run).

MiniMax-M3 ends a turn on an answer line before a second act often enough
to decide a row: r258's, r275's and r279's forks answered MARK-FORK and
ended with no killme (stock-seat-killme-pane missed), and r277's seat
echoed MARK-E2E with no killme after it, so stock-seat-reoffer read the
live seat still on the list as the --resume registering. The fork's
prompt and step 9 now ask for one Bash call that carries both; the
readers are unchanged (acts_ran_own finds the killme outside the quoted
forkme argument; has-any finds the marker in the call's result).

rounds: killme-pane passes only on the fork's own killme; reoffer passes only after the seat left the list (ruling A25) 85f7393e6d

killme-pane: forked=yes matches the prompt's own MARK-FORK text, so a
window gone with no killme of the fork's own in its transcript closed for
another reason and fails, named that way; a pass needs fk.

reoffer: the first 60 s loop records whether the seat left the list. Pass
only when it left and the --resume came back; never left and no own
killme in its live transcript -> missed (re-offer not exercised); ran its
killme and stayed -> fail. The own killme is read off the live transcript
before the re-offer prompt lands in it, and the receipt copy is retaken:
the copy taken when MARK-E2E landed can precede the killme (r274).
