Leader c005a18f, card release-v4 § Harness before r271 — stock e2e rows; diagnosis /home/caoer115/.local/share/ucc/work/9311d3ad/r258-nonpr-fails.md. Ruling (p): harness only.

  1. stock-seat-face / -restart read none on r258. The seat ran forkme before cd/pwd/restart, and the forkme quotes the fork's prompt ('… then run: cccd session killme --delay 2'). acts_done read that as the seat's own end. New transcript.py tool-result-own (acts_ran_own) matches a Bash command outside its single- and double-quoted spans; acts_done uses it. tool-result-cmd is unchanged, because #36's CCC_SKILL_DIR read sits in double quotes.
  2. stock-seat-killme-pane failed when the fork never ran killme. When the fork's transcript has no own killme, the row reads missed with that reason. A killme that ran with the pane still standing stays fail. The fork transcript is copied again after the pane wait. The own-reader is needed here too: the fork's transcript inherits the parent's quoted-killme forkme call.

Checks (scratch ~/.local/share/ucc/work/e71449d2/r258-replay/, r258's live transcripts copied off ucc-round-r258-0221):

  • acts_wait replayed line by line over the live e2e transcript 034a22c6:
    • main's reader ends at line 59 of 113 (calls 7, the forkme): PWD1 none, RESTART none, e2e_face=no, refused=no.
    • the fixed reader ends at line 90 (calls 10): PWD1 = the worktree path, RESTART = the claude-stock refusal, e2e_face=yes, refused=yes, typed=0.
  • killme-pane branch, run from the file:
    • r258's fork 43098197 (MARK-FORK, no own killme) → missed;
    • r270's fork (own killme ran), pane standing → fail; pane gone → pass;
    • no fork → fail.
  • A seat's own killme still ends it: r258's sleep 20 && cccd session killme --delay 2 and r270's fork's cccd session killme --delay 2 both match. The quoted killme in 65's spawn, 66's forkme and the handoff spawn (r270 copies) no longer match.
  • Quote lexer cases: single- and double-quoted prompt → no match; bare, sleep && …, multi-line, and "it's" before it → match.
  • bash -n acts.sh / 66-stock-e2e.sh; py_compile transcript.py.
  • git merge-tree clean against #36 (agent/00d1fa4a-install-never-half) and #39.

r258 (#36's round), two claude-stock-tui rows failed for harness reasons:
- stock-seat-face and -restart read none: the seat ran forkme before its cd, pwd and restart calls, and the forkme quotes
  the fork's prompt ('… then run: cccd session killme --delay 2'). acts_done read that as the seat's own end, so e2e_read
  read the transcript at the forkme. transcript.py tool-result-own (acts_ran_own) matches a Bash call's command outside
  its quoted spans; acts_done uses it. 65's spawn and 66's handoff spawn carried the same quoted killme. The seat's real
  stand-down (`sleep 20 && cccd session killme --delay 2`) still ends it. tool-result-cmd is unchanged (its
  CCC_SKILL_DIR read sits in double quotes).
- stock-seat-killme-pane failed with the fork's pane standing because the fork answered MARK-FORK and ran no Bash call.
  With no own killme in the fork's transcript the row reads missed with that reason; a killme that ran with the pane
  still standing stays fail. The fork's transcript is copied again after the pane wait.
