rounds/round-host.sh: the previous release's user clones the mirror whose branch stands at its release commit

install.sh's branch check (ucc PR #37) holds the clone's HEAD equal to its
origin/. The previous-release user (zitao2) cloned the forge and checked
out the previous release commit, so origin/ was the public head: once the
previous release carries the equality check (v5's proof on), its installer would
refuse that clone. v3's installer checks ancestry, so v4's proof is unaffected.

install_as now clones file://$PREVR for the previous release (0b's mirror, branch
at the previous release commit until public_update moves it) and the forge for the
release; both clones assert HEAD = origin/ = the sha the round named.
The followed remote is unchanged: install.sh defaults it to the forge or takes
--ucc-remote, never the clone's origin URL.

Replay (work/7fdb5ad4/prev-clone-proof/proof.out): release at 5ba1b10b, previous
release 4801f8fb — old shape HEAD 4801f8fb, origin/release 5ba1b10b (equality
refuses); new shape HEAD = origin/release = 4801f8fb (both checks pass).
