The create branch of rule 025: a frame whose session_dir ends in -00-adhoc and whose path names another session's tasks/ is refused with the join teaching (put session:/seat: on your own card, the directory must exist, retry) and where the card would otherwise land; the joined case keeps its words. Loads and arms on a scratch root. No installer file touched (tooling.sh not needed). The fleet root's copy of 025 is fleet-ops'. Worker 3fb78d71 (daemon-v155); the leader reads and merges.

delta-review-2 new 21 (product half): a seat that births a task card before
putting session:/seat: on its own card carries its birth day's adhoc board in
the write frame (the daemon re-reads the card per put and falls back to the
birth dir until the join lands), and the refusal called that board "this
session's board" without naming the join, so the likeliest recovery re-birthed
the card on the adhoc board where nobody reading the session looks. The create
branch now tells a frame on a -00-adhoc board whose path names another
session's tasks/ to join first (the seat put, ccc-base § Boot) and where the
card would otherwise land. The joined case keeps its words. Loads and arms on
a scratch root (mrd arm, mrd check rc 0). The round row is the
round-gate-waivers card's.
