Off M6 55d5878, one commit 5167cd9, rounds/round-host.sh and rounds/desktop.sh only (15+/11−). For the leader-ucc-gaps holder's gate under the release-v3 card; the round that proves it is r244 at its merge (M7), --public --public-branch release-candidate, every stage, zero waivers.

Why. r243 at release-candidate = M6 (results/rounds/r243.md, GATE: block) failed one row, E2-card | claude-patched: the patched seat (MiniMax-M3 on ucc-glm) sent the INTENT birth, the task card and the bad card in one turn (20:43:43.7) and made the scripted call 2 — session: on its own card, the seat's join — at 20:43:48, after both card births had been refused by rule 025 on the Join-time frame (the adhoc board: the round session did not exist on zitao2's root when the seat joined, and the daemon re-reads the frame on the seat's card write, which had not happened yet). The door followed its contract (ccc-base § Boot: the seat put IS the join); the seat broke the order the prompt stated in words alone — r240's seat ran the same prompt in order and passed. Receipts: results/rounds/r243/record/seats/claude-patched--a.jsonl (the tool_use timestamps), record/steps.d/, the card § Gate results § r243.

What changes.

  • card_prompt (round-host.sh, and desktop.sh's copy): one call per turn, and the join's status and the task card's Goal carry REV — the file_rev from the answer of the call before — so the calls cannot be issued together (an argument unknown until the previous answer arrives). No scorer reads either value: E2-card checks the door's frontmatter on the born card, the fail line quotes the transcript's R2:/R3: line. The prompt rendered for both kinds is in the commit message's receipts (work/e6841e1d/r244/cp.sh).
  • arm_recorder: cccd restart returns before the MCP HTTP listener is up — r243's /health probe on the same line was refused at 0 ms (record/cli/arm-recorder-zitao2.txt) and the host printed "the recorder did not arm for zitao2 — the K3 rows read nothing" while K3-recorder | zitao2 read 330 frames. The probe now polls /health for up to 10 s after the restart and the message names what failed.
  • E2-refusal: the bad-card check reads the slug teaching (slug must be), not any slug — r243's board refusal spells <slug>.md and passed E2-refusal | claude-patched on the wrong refusal.

Checks. bash -n clean on both scripts; rounds/lib/tooling.sh rc 0 (install.sh, ucc, skills.md unchanged — not a tooling change); the inner arm script parsed under a stub as_user; the manifest untouched; no --waive. A round scope runs on nyc-2 until r243's VMs are destroyed and its scope stopped — the merge waits for that line.

Off M6 `55d5878`, one commit `5167cd9`, `rounds/round-host.sh` and `rounds/desktop.sh` only (15+/11−). For the leader-ucc-gaps holder's gate under the release-v3 card; the round that proves it is r244 at its merge (M7), `--public --public-branch release-candidate`, every stage, zero waivers. **Why.** r243 at `release-candidate` = M6 (`results/rounds/r243.md`, `GATE: block`) failed one row, `E2-card | claude-patched`: the patched seat (MiniMax-M3 on `ucc-glm`) sent the INTENT birth, the task card and the bad card in one turn (20:43:43.7) and made the scripted call 2 — `session:` on its own card, the seat's join — at 20:43:48, after both card births had been refused by rule 025 on the Join-time frame (the adhoc board: the round session did not exist on zitao2's root when the seat joined, and the daemon re-reads the frame on the seat's card write, which had not happened yet). The door followed its contract (ccc-base § Boot: the seat put IS the join); the seat broke the order the prompt stated in words alone — r240's seat ran the same prompt in order and passed. Receipts: `results/rounds/r243/record/seats/claude-patched--a.jsonl` (the tool_use timestamps), `record/steps.d/`, the card § Gate results § r243. **What changes.** - `card_prompt` (round-host.sh, and desktop.sh's copy): one call per turn, and the join's `status` and the task card's Goal carry `REV` — the `file_rev` from the answer of the call before — so the calls cannot be issued together (an argument unknown until the previous answer arrives). No scorer reads either value: E2-card checks the door's frontmatter on the born card, the fail line quotes the transcript's `R2:`/`R3:` line. The prompt rendered for both kinds is in the commit message's receipts (`work/e6841e1d/r244/cp.sh`). - `arm_recorder`: `cccd restart` returns before the MCP HTTP listener is up — r243's `/health` probe on the same line was refused at 0 ms (`record/cli/arm-recorder-zitao2.txt`) and the host printed "the recorder did not arm for zitao2 — the K3 rows read nothing" while `K3-recorder | zitao2` read 330 frames. The probe now polls `/health` for up to 10 s after the restart and the message names what failed. - `E2-refusal`: the bad-card check reads the slug teaching (`slug must be`), not any `slug` — r243's board refusal spells `<slug>.md` and passed `E2-refusal | claude-patched` on the wrong refusal. **Checks.** `bash -n` clean on both scripts; `rounds/lib/tooling.sh` rc 0 (install.sh, ucc, skills.md unchanged — not a tooling change); the inner arm script parsed under a stub `as_user`; the manifest untouched; no `--waive`. A round scope runs on nyc-2 until r243's VMs are destroyed and its scope stopped — the merge waits for that line.
r243 at release-candidate M6 55d5878 scored E2-card | claude-patched fail:
the seat (MiniMax-M3 on ucc-glm) sent the INTENT birth, the task card and
the bad card in one turn at 20:43:43.7 and put session: on its own card —
the scripted call 2, the seat's join — at 20:43:48, after both card births
had been refused by rule 025 on the Join-time frame (the adhoc board: the
round session did not exist on zitao2's root when the seat joined, and the
frame is re-read on the card write the seat had not yet made). The door
followed its contract (ccc-base § Boot: the seat put IS the join); the seat
broke the scripted order the prompt stated in words alone.

card_prompt (round-host.sh, and desktop.sh's copy): one call per turn, and
the join's status and the task card's Goal carry REV — the file_rev from
the answer of the call before — so the calls cannot be issued together. No
scorer reads either value (E2-card checks the door's frontmatter; the fail
line quotes R2:/R3: from the transcript).

arm_recorder: `cccd restart` returns before the MCP HTTP listener is up —
r243's probe was refused at 0 ms (cli/arm-recorder-zitao2.txt) and the host
printed "the recorder did not arm … the K3 rows read nothing" while
K3-recorder | zitao2 read 330 frames. The probe now polls /health for up to
10 s after the restart and the message names what failed.

E2-refusal: the bad-card check reads the slug teaching ("slug must be"),
not any "slug" — r243's board refusal spells "<slug>.md" and passed the row
on the wrong refusal.

tooling.sh rc 0 (install.sh, ucc, skills.md unchanged); bash -n clean on
both scripts; the prompt rendered for both kinds and the inner arm script
parsed under a stub as_user (work/e6841e1d/r244/).
